TAX INFORMATION

State Income Tax - The amount of the contribution allowable for Michigan income tax purposes is $50.00 on an individual return or $100.00 on a joint return.

Federal Income Tax - Contributions to the Gladwin County Republican Party are not considered charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

State law requires political committees to report the name, occupation and employer name and mailing address for each individual whose contributions are in excess of $100 per calendar year.
