From the Chair
Dear Republican Friends, From all reports, the coming Presidential Election will be
hot and heavy in Michigan.
Betsy DeVos, State Chair, has pledged Bush will carry
Michigan. Gladwin’s
past history has carried for Bush, so we will have our work cut
out for us. We will also be electing other important offices- such as
State Representative. We
need to elect Republicans. Our agenda for future fundraising to help our candidates
are: Beaverton Good Ole Days Corn Sale, a possible fall event,
and next years Lincoln Day Dinner.
We will need all your help, so please offer a few hours
of your time to help with these events when called. Bring a friend to our meetings. Our last few meetings have had many new faces and a full
house. Many items
of interest are always discussed. Do you know someone interested in being a candidate for
office? Is so, give
me a call and I will visit with them.
We must elect conservative Republicans to stop the
liberal viewpoint that is trying to take over our country. Please take a few moments and pray for Larry and Bev Grove
as Larry is battling against cancer.
